End of an Era

Online sales stop, unsupported complimentary download available

On 1st December 2025, Banxia stopped online sales of our products, and switched to manually processed purchases only.

After 31 years the world of software has changed such that it is no longer viable for us to keep our online presence as it has been.

We have also made available a free download of both Decision Explorer and Frontier Analyst, along with an install code to allow use of the basic capability of each product (see below).

To purchase a greater capability:

For customers who wish to access the greater capability of the software, we will be able to invoice you and handle orders manually. Please contact us by email with the title “Premium Product request: Decision Explorer” or “Premium Product request: Frontier Analyst”, depending on the software that you are interested in.

If you have purchased the software previously, it will continue to work, and you should carry on using the install code that you were given when you bought the software.

Download an unsupported complimentary version:

To use these complimentary unsupported versions, you must download and when you are asked for the install code, you must enter the User name and Organization exactly as shown. This is best done by copying and pasting to the clipboard and using the paste from clipboard option.

How do I get support? Support is only available for paid licences. The installations include both online help and printable PDF files. They have the answers to most of your questions.

Can I buy through a reseller still? Yes, our active resellers are still able to supply you with the more capable versions.
